Exhibit1

The evidence is ready before you ask for it.

CVFAULK runs the technology side of trial. Exhibits, deposition clips and demonstratives are built ahead of time and on screen the second counsel calls for them, so your team can stay with the witness and the jury.

How an engagement runs

The order is the same whether trial is three days or three months.

  1. Step1

    Case review

We learn the case, the venue and the judge's preferences, and walk the courtroom when we can.

  2. Step2

    Evidence build

Exhibits are loaded and stamped, deposition video is synced and clipped, and demonstratives are drafted for your review.

  3. Step3

    Setup

We install and test the courtroom and war-room equipment, including backups, before jury selection.

  4. Step4

    Trial days

Our operator runs presentation in court while the team turns overnight changes for the next morning.

  5. Step5

    Closeout

You receive the final case database, admitted exhibits and every clip played, organized for appeal or the next phase.
