Exhibit5

It started with a VCR and a PowerPoint test.

In 2004, Christopher Faulk answered a job posting at a trial support company in Denton, Texas. The interview had two tests: wire up a VCR and a TV, then build a PowerPoint. He finished the first in seconds. He had never used PowerPoint, so he taught himself on the spot, and they hired him.

The first assignments were document box drills in Central Texas. His first trial was in Los Angeles, and it ended in a reported $36 million verdict. He has worked in courtrooms ever since.

In 2006 he co-founded a trial support firm that grew to about 13 people running as many as five trials at once. He started his own practice in 2008 and founded CVFAULK, Inc. in 2011, built on direct relationships with the attorneys he works for.

The approach has not changed. Prepare early, bring a backup for everything, answer the phone, and be the person in the courtroom nobody has to worry about.
